REGULAMENT POWER.AIMERSTYLE.RO

 

--------------------------

- REGULI GENERALE -
--------------------------

 

1. Injuriile/jiginirile aduse staff-ului sunt sanctionate cu ban (temporar/permanent).

2. Folosirea de cheat-uri, hack-uri sau orice fel de cod pe server este sanctionata cu BAN PERMANENT (valabil pentru toti).

3. Limbajul vulgar sau abuzul comenzii SAY sunt sanctionate cu gag, urmat de BAN (temporar/permanent).

4. Reclamele involuntare (bind-uri) catre alte servere, site-uri, forum-uri etc, sunt sanctionate cu GAG.

5. Reclamele voluntare (intentionate) vor fi sanctionate cu BAN PERMANENT.

6. Comanda RETRY dupa GAG este sanctionata cu BAN 120 de minute.

7. Nick-ul dvs trebuie sa fie in primul rand DECENT si sa aiba minim 3 caractere.

8. Rebuy-ul este strict interzis.

9. Atat jucatorii cat si adminii nu au voie sa faca monitor

 

 

- CT -

 

- Rush-ul este PERMIS.

- CT au obligatia de a dezamorsa bomba in cazul in care aceasta a fost plantata.

 

- TERO -

 

- Obiectivul principal este plantarea bombei.

- In cazul in care bomba este pierduta, T au obligatia de a o ridica. In aceasta situatie camparea este INTERZISA.

- REGULI ADMINI -

-----------------------

* SERVER

 

1. Daca pe server sunt mai putini de 20 de playeri, indiferent de timpul ramas din harta, sunteti obligati sa schimbati in de_dust2, anuntand si playerii de aceasta schimbare cu un mesaj in hud.

2. Este interzis abuzul de acces.

- Veti fi sanctionati ca atare si, in functie de caz, puteti primi REMOVE.

3. Toti adminii trebuie sa cunoasca parola de la Staff Only. ( Daca va fi setata una )

- Parola o puteti obtine de la un Manager/Fondator !

- Adminii noi vor putea intra in posesia parolei  dupa 3 zile de activitate.

4. La fiecare ban dat pe server trebuie facut un demo/ss ( depinde de motiv ) !

5. Demo-urile trebuie sa contina minim 3 runde (exceptie cazurile in care hack-ul este clar), in caz contrar veti fi sanctionati.

6. Aveti dreptul sa raspundeti primii la cererile unban care nu va sunt adresate pentru a permite rezolvarea acestora  intr-un timp cat mai scurt posibil, asta in cazul in care aveti dovada pusa la dispozitie in Ban List-ul adminului in cauza.

7. La reclamatiile intre admini aveti dreptul sa raspundeti doar daca sunteti implicati in conflict.

8. La o reclamatie adusa unui admin de catre un player au dreptul sa raspunda:

- Reclamantul, reclamatul si Fondatorii/Managerii server-ului.

9. Adminii au datoria de a pastra linistea pe server.

- Obiectivul lor principal este de a asigura buna desfasurare a jocului, fiind atenti la codati.

10. Comanda pentru votemap se utilizeaza doar in ultimele 10 minute si harta se va schimba in jurul a ultimelor 5 minute ramase din harta.

- Tot timpul se vor da maxim 3 harti la vot.

- Consultati-va cu adminii/playerii prezenti pe server in legatura cu ce harti dati la vot.

- Inainte de a da vot, verificati ultimele harti jucate, tastand in chat /harti.

- Harta va fi schimbata de catre admin-ul care a dat votul, nu aveti dreptul sa va bagati peste cel care a dat votul, veti fi sanctionati in cazul in care o faceti.

11. Nu este obligatoriu sa aveti un Ban-List pe forum dar cand executati comanda de ban sa aveti si o dovada concreta (demo/ss salvat/e) pentru a putea raspunde la o cerere de unban/reclamatie daca este cazul !

12. Sunt INTERZISE comenzile intre admini, excepand urmatoarele comenzi: amx_spec, amx_exec nick amx_spectate.

13. Daca suspectati un admin de cod, nu aveti dreptul sa-l banati.

- Ii faceti un demo si il prezentati la Staff Only - Faceti un topic "OW Admin - <numele adminului>"

- In cazul in care veti bana alti admini, primiti REMOVE.

14. Maririle se vor face in functie de activitatea dvs pe forum/server.

- Un grad mai mare reprezinta modul nostru de a va multumi pentru timpul si munca depusa.

- Nu se va cere up pe server/forum/teamspeak, cine cere up va fi sanctionat conform regulamentului.

15. La fiecare ban dat trebuie trecut motivul corespunzator (WALL/AIM/SPEED/LIMBAJ).

- Cuvintele ofensatoare trecute la motivul ban-ului vor fi sanctionate.

16. Doar un Fondator/Manager dezvaluie parola de la Staff Only.

17. Comenzile amx_banip/amx_addban se folosesc numai in urmatoarele situatii:

- Daca un jucator face reclama altui server/site/forum intentionat (cei care au bind-uri si fac fara vointa, le veti da gag pe parcursul hartii curente).

- Daca jucatorul foloseste hack-uri (este obligatoriu sa aveti un demo ca dovada).

- Celor cu un limbaj deranjant/licentios la adresa altor playeri sau staff-ului (atentie, inainte il avertizati cu gag, iar daca continua, ban).

18. Fiecare admin este rugat sa intre pe TS.AIMERSTYLE.RO canalul POWER pentru o mai buna comunicare 

- Adminul in cauza trebuie sa aiba acelasi nume cat si pe perverul de TeamSpeak3 cat si pe serverul de Counter-Strike

 

* FORUM

 

1. Sunteti obligati sa frecventati forum-ul zilnic, in special sectiunile dedicate cererilor unban/accese si sectiunea Staff Only.

2. Trebuie sa aveti acelasi nickname atat pe forum cat si pe server, astfel evitadu-se confuziile in cadrul cererilor de unban/admin/slot.

3. In cazul unei cereri unban, inainte de a va da cu parerea, sunteti obligati sa descarcati demo-ul si sa-l vizionati.

- Ca sa demonstrati ca ati vazut demo-ul, trebuie sa faceti un printscreen (poza) in timp ce vizionati demo-ul, prezentand acest ss alaturi de parerea dvs la cererea unban.

- Neindeplinirea acestor conditii duce la sanctiuni.

4. Cererile unban vor fi lasate deschise MINIM 12h de la deschiderea acesteia sau minim  5 reply-uri.

- Cei care nu respecta aceasta conditie va fi sanctionat.

5. In cazul in care veti absenta o perioada mai mare de 5 zile, aveti datoria de a ne anunta printr-o cerere de absenta facuta la Staff Only.

6. Adminii care nu sunt activi pe server/forum mai mult de 3 zile, fara sa anunte, vor fi sanctionati.

7. O inactivitate neanuntata mai lunga de 7 zile atrage cu sine REMOVE.

8. Programul de noapte incepe la ora 22:00 seara si se termina la 12:00 ziua, in acest interval de timp se vor juca doar harti clasice: de_dust2 si de_inferno.

-Daca ai ajuns pana aici cuvantul in cererea ta de admin este: POWER.

- Te rugam sa citesti in continuare regulamenul serverului 😄

- Cine nu respecta aceste reguli primeste remove fara discutii.

- Pentru a da restart hartilor curente, folositi comanda amx_cvar sv_restart 1, iar pentru a modifica timpul ramas din harta, folositi tot amx_cvar mp_timelimit 0 , schimband mp_timelimit in 0 sau 35, cei care au acces la amx_cvar.

9. Incepand cu ora 00:00 noaptea pana la 11:00 - 12:00 dimineata nu dati kick AFK-urilor, veti fi sanctionati daca o faceti.

10. Nu aveti voie sa treceti peste cuvantul/actiunile unui Fondator/Manager.

11. Nu cereti playerilor/vip-urilor/adminilor sa faca testul WarGods decat cu aprobarea unui Fondator / Manager , el nefiind obligatoriu la noi pe server.

 

 

* SANCTIUNI

 

1. Vor fi sanctionati cu remove adminii in cazul in care:

- Vor bana alti admini, indiferent de gradul pe care il detin acestia, exceptie Fondatorii/Managerii.

-Nu au activitate pe server-ul nostru de teamspeak : TS.AIMERSTYLE.RO

- Cei care nu au activitate pe server/forum.

- Detin acces pe alte servere.

2. Vor fi sanctionati cu downgrade adminii in cazul in care:

- Vor avea un limbaj trivial pe server.

- Nu le vor explica playerilor regulile server-ului in caz ca acestia le-au incalcat.

- Nu vor informa playerii la cererea acestora despre cum pot dona/cum pot primi admin/cum pot primi slot/cum pot lua legatura cu Fondatorii.

- Cei care nu-si vor ajuta colegii la indeplinirea atributiilor de admin pe server.

- Cei care nu vor prezenta dovada la cereri unban si nici nu se va regasi dovada in Ban-List.

- Cei care au incalcat chiar ei regulamentul.

- GENERAL RULES -
--------------------------

 

1. Injuries / insults brought to the staff are sanctioned with money (temporary / permanent).

2. The use of cheats, hacks or any kind of code on the server is sanctioned with PERMANENT BAN (valid for everyone).

3. Vulgar language or abuse of the SAY command is sanctioned with a gag, followed by BAN (temporary / permanent).

4. Involuntary advertisements (binds) to other servers, sites, forums, etc., are sanctioned with GAG.

5. Voluntary (intentional) advertisements will be sanctioned with PERMANENT MONEY.

6. The RETRY command after the GAG is sanctioned with BAN 120 minutes.

7. Your nickname must first be DECENT and have at least 3 characters.

8. Rebuy is strictly prohibited.

9. Both players and administrators are not allowed to monitor

 

 

- CT -

 

- The rush is PERMITTED.

- CTs have the obligation to defuse the bomb if it has been planted.

 

- TERO -

 

- The main objective is to plant the bomb.

- If the bomb is lost, T have the obligation to pick it up. In this situation camping is PROHIBITED.

- ADMINISTRATIVE RULES -

-----------------------

* SERVER

 

1. If there are less than 20 players on the server, regardless of the time left on the map, you are obliged to change to de_dust2, notifying the players of this change with a message in hud.

2. Abuse of access is prohibited.

- You will be sanctioned as such and, depending on the case, you can receive REMOVE.

3. All administrators must know the password from Staff Only. (If one will be set)

- You can get the password from a Manager / Founder!

- The new admins will be able to get the password after 3 days of activity.

4. For every penny given on the server a demo / ss must be done (depending on the reason)!

5. Demos must contain at least 3 rounds (unless the hack is clear), otherwise you will be penalized.

6. You have the right to respond first to unban requests that are not addressed to you in order to allow them to be resolved in the shortest possible time, if you have the proof provided in the Ban List of the admin in question.

7. You have the right to answer complaints between admins only if you are involved in the conflict.

8. To a complaint brought to an admin by a player they have the right to answer:

- The plaintiff, the defendant and the Founders / Managers of the server.

9. Administrators have a duty to keep quiet on the server.

- Their main objective is to ensure the good development of the game, being attentive to the codes.

10. The votemap command is used only in the last 10 minutes and the map will change around the last 5 minutes left of the map.

- A maximum of 3 ballot papers will be given at all times.

- Consult with the administrators / players present on the server about which maps to vote for.

- Before voting, check the last maps played, typing in chat / maps.

- The map will be changed by the admin who gave the vote, you do not have the right to go over the one who gave the vote, you will be sanctioned if you do.

11. It is not mandatory to have a Ban-List on the forum, but when you execute the ban order, you must also have a concrete proof (demo / ss saved) in order to be able to respond to an unban request / complaint if necessary!

12. Controls between admins are PROHIBITED, except for the following commands: amx_spec, amx_exec nick amx_spectate.

13. If you suspect a code admin, you have no right to ban it.

- Make a demo and present it to Staff Only - Make a topic "OW Admin - <admin name>"

- If you ban other admins, you will receive REMOVE.

14. The increases will be made according to your activity on the forum / server.

- A higher degree is our way of thanking you for your time and work.

- No up will be requested on the server / forum / teamspeak, whoever requests up will be sanctioned according to the regulations.

15. The corresponding reason (WALL / AIM / SPEED / LANGUAGE) must be entered for each penny.

- Offensive words passed for the reason of the ban will be sanctioned.

16. Only a Founder / Manager discloses the password from Staff Only.

17. The amx_banip / amx_addban commands are used only in the following situations:

- If a player advertises another server / site / forum intentionally (those who have binds and do without will, you will gag them during the current map).

- If the player uses hacks (it is mandatory to have a demo as proof).

- Those with an annoying / licentious language to other players or staff (attention, you warn him first with a gag, and if he continues, ban).

18. Each admin is asked to enter on TS.AIMERSTYLE.RO the POWER channel for a better communication

- The admin in question must have the same name on both the TeamSpeak3 pervert and the Counter-Strike server

 

* FORUM

 

1. You are obliged to attend the daily forum, especially the sections dedicated to unban / access requests and the Staff Only section.

2. You must have the same nickname on both the forum and the server, thus avoiding confusion in unban / admin / slot requests.

3. In case of an unban request, before giving your opinion, you are obliged to download the demo and watch it.

- To prove that you saw the demo, you must make a printscreen (picture) while watching the demo, presenting this ss along with your opinion at the unban request.

- Failure to meet these conditions leads to sanctions.

4. Unban applications will be left open MINIMUM 12 hours after its opening or at least 5 replies.

- Those who do not comply with this condition will be sanctioned.

5. In case you will be absent for a period longer than 5 days, you have the duty to notify us through a request for absence made to Staff Only.

6. Admins who are not active on the server / forum for more than 3 days, without announcing, will be sanctioned.

7. An unannounced inactivity longer than 7 days brings with it REMOVE.

8. The night program starts at 22:00 in the evening and ends at 12:00 during the day, during this time only classic maps will be played: de_dust2 and de_inferno.

-If you have reached this point, the word in your admin request is: Drink

- Please continue reading the server rules 😄

- Those who do not follow these rules receive removal without discussion.

- To restart the current maps, use the amx_restart 1 command, and to change the remaining time on the map, use amx_timelimit 0, changing mp_timelimit to 0 or 35, all administrators having access to this command.

9. From 00:00 at night until 11:00 - 12:00 in the morning do not kick AFKs, you will be penalized if you do.

10. You are not allowed to skip the word / actions of a Founder / Manager.

11. Do not ask players / VIPs / admins to take the WarGods test unless with the approval of a Founder / Manager, as it is not mandatory on our server.

 

* SANCTIONS

 

1. They will be sanctioned with remove admins if:

- They will ban other admins, regardless of the degree they hold, except for the Founders / Managers.

-They have no activity on our teamspeak server: TS.AIMERSTYLE.RO

- Those who have no activity on the server / forum.

- I have access to other servers.

2. Administrators will be sanctioned with a downgrade if:

- They will have trivial language on the server.

- They will not explain the rules of the server to the players in case they violated them.

- They will not inform players at their request about how to donate / how to receive admin / how to receive slot / how to contact the Founders.

- Those who will not help their colleagues to fulfill the duties of admin on the server.

- Those who will not present the proof at unban requests and the proof will not be found in the Ban-List.

- Those who violated the rules themselves.
